The players are the most important employees of your club. Players differ from each other by rarity, talent, bonus skills and skills. The higher the player level the higher his (selling) price on the transfer market.
Some Player characteristics can be developed with training sessions and master-classes.
A player's level of exhaustion determines his physical condition. If his condition drops below 50%, then the player's attributes are lowered. If condition drops below 25%, then the player can't take part in a match.
